Social wellness refers to our relationships with family, friends, neighbors, and our communities. Research shows that people who have good relationships feel better physically and emotionally. As we age we often begin to lose friends, feel depressed, not go out as much, or lose contact with people we knew from work. It is important to keep and create new social ties. We can discuss your social life and help you to stay in touch with others.

  • organize small group activities if you can no longer do the planning and preparation yourself
  • organize outings and arrange transportation
